IRS Determination Letter

Our IRS Determination Letter confirms our 501(c)(3) status. You can also verify it at apps.irs.gov/app/eos/ using EIN 41-4091184.

IRS Form 990

As a 501(c)(3), we file an annual return with the IRS (Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-N, depending on gross receipts). We incorporated in February 2024 and received our 501(c)(3) determination in February 2026. Our first Form 990 filing will be in 2027. We’ll post it here once filed. With gross receipts at or below $50,000, we file Form 990-N (e-Postcard).

Financial Statements

We’ll publish our first financial statements for FY2026 once they’re ready.

How We Use Funds

We operate with minimal overhead. Donations and sponsorships go toward:

  • Website hosting, tooling, and platforms
  • Event hosting and community infrastructure
  • Educational materials and resources
  • Operations (filing fees, banking, insurance)

At this time, all leadership roles are volunteer. Board members and moderators serve as volunteers.
