We do not sell your personal information. We never have.

This page is the formal statement required by state privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Our Position

Study GRC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We:

  • Do not sell your personal information to anyone
  • Do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Do not profile you for automated decision-making
  • Do not broker data to aggregators, advertisers, or resellers

Because we don’t do any of these things, there’s nothing to opt out of.

Your Rights

Even though we don’t sell your data, you still have rights — and we extend them to everyone, not just California or EU residents:

  • Access — Ask what we hold about you
  • Deletion — Ask us to delete your information
  • Correction — Ask us to fix anything inaccurate
  • Non-discrimination — We’ll never treat you differently for exercising these rights

Authorized Agents

Under the CCPA/CPRA, you can designate someone to submit a request on your behalf. Have them email contact@studygrc.org with:

  1. Written proof you authorized them, signed by you
  2. Verification of their identity

We may also confirm directly with you before acting.
